Provisi Education is seeking a Project Officer to assist the implementation of our literacy program in some districts in Indonesia. This position is a contract-based position, duration 12 months with extended possibility. The officer will be work in our office, Green Lake City, Tangerang with intense business travelling within Indonesia. He/she will report directly to the Project Manager

Main Responsibility
•       Preparing book publishing workshops including preparing workshop venue, workshop kits and equipment, and workshop documentation and filing.
•       Coordinate the categorization, packaging and distribution of published storybooks among Technical Assistance partners, as well as other distribution channels, to reach children in rural schools and communities.
•       Coordinate local travel and logistics within Indonesia for the project team, including accommodation and local transportation.
•       Support Project Manager in other activities related to project. 

Qualifications
•       Minimum bachelor degree in a relevant subject area.
•       Experience working in the education sector, preferably in literacy and book development area.
•       Knowledge of the Indonesian public education system.
•       Demonstrated technical skills in project & budget management including administrative tasks.
•       Strong relationship and communication skills in developing networks with schools, government, and other stakeholders in education sector.
•       Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, is a must.
•       Able to operate photoshop, indesign, or adobe illustrator is an advantage.
