Background
IESR together with international and national
partners will be implementing a Clean, Affordable, and Sustainable Energy for
Southeast Asia (CASE) project from 2020 to 2024. CASE project aims to create
evidence and tools that support the energy transition in the region as well as
to communicate these outputs to relevant stakeholders and the public in general to
establish a public discourse about energy transition challenges and benefits.
Admin and Finance Assistant plays an important role in
assisting finance and administration to support this program.
About the Position
IESR is looking for an Admin and Finance Assistant. The
person in this position will assist the
Program Manager of CASE Project’s and Executive Director for the outcome of the
project.
The
person is responsible for maintaining financial and administration documents
and supporting program activities. S/he will work under Admin and Finance Manager.
The key roles and responsibilities
·
Handle Petty Cash Transaction.
·
Prepare disbursement and journal vouchers
·
Record all transactions related to the office operation in the computer system for general ledgers.
·
Provide administrative support especially for consultant,
workshop, seminar training, ordering, and receiving goods and office supplies.
·
Prepare staff advance.
·
Assisting the Executive Director to maintain his schedule, advance
and expenses report.
·
Provide travel arrangement for staff (ticket reserving, visa
applying support, etc)
·
Booked and maintained IESR
equipment/facilities.
·
Maintain and fill finance and admin documents.
·
Assisting external audit.
·
Prepare and settle account receivable
and account payable.
Qualification
• Good organizational skills
and diligent attention to details associated with documenting activities to
maintain accurate and complete program-records
• Excellent time-management
skills
• Ability to manage multiple
tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in the use of
Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheet software, data entry, Internet
and email and standard office equipment
• Experience in operating Software
Accounting is an advantage.
• Demonstrated initiative,
tact and high sense of responsibility and discretion and confidentiality.
• Indonesian
nationality.
Required skill and experiences
• D1/D3 Accounting or
Administration
• 3 years experience in the
same position.
Starting Date
Expected start in early August 2020, with 3 months’
probation.
Salary
This position is a junior level position. The salary will
be commensurate with the candidate's qualification and experiences.
