Main Accountabilities &
requirements:
Expatriates Working and
Resident Permit
·
Responsible in
registering expatriates’ work and residence permit along with all document
needed including liaise with government authority in timely manner.
·
Give any update on
permits regulation, policy and give adequate advice to the Management.
·
Maintain database and
documentation of working and resident permits.
·
Data
Management & Administration in Human Resources Deparment
·
Responsible for
collecting data (overtime sheet, Teaching Assistant time sheet and any other
supporting document) for salary calculation. Check the data with high
accuracy before submitting to the Human Resources Officer.
·
Support on staff social
obligation, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan to in line with high
accuracy and be reported to government agency in timely manner.
·
Assist in recruitment
process in term of arranging interview schedule, interview venue, prepare
interview pack and obtain an excellent document keeping.
·
Administer the benefits
management for staff, including but not limited to medical insurance claim
for all staff.
·
Assists the line manager
to operate financial processes on the British Council’s SAP system, include
Vendor and PO creator.
·
Coordinate with
counterparts and colleagues of Foundation and British Council in term of
Administration related matter in Human Resources Department.
·
Candidate must possess at
least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
·
Required
language(s): English
·
At least 3 Year(s)
of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
·
Required Skill(s): Admin
·
Preferably Staff
(non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or
equivalent.
