*BRIEF*
SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia is a part of SOS-Kinderdorf International
which is an international umbrella organization of national associations.
It is a non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational and non-profit
social development organization, working exclusively in the public
interest. Its objectives are:
- To provide specialist care and support for orphaned and
abandoned children through the SOS Children’s Villages.
- To support children, young persons and families in need through
the establishment of social centers, schools and vocational training
centers.
- To advocate and promote the rights of children throughout the
world.
- To work with international organizations, and promote world-wide
understanding and exchange of knowledge on child care issues.
- To serve as a model of long-term family based care.

*POSITION PURPOSE*
Direct marketing admnistration is responsible for supporting all
administration work under direct marketing unit, especially support face to
face work program in Bandung and Donor Service work in Jakarta
* *
*JOB PROFILE*
- Collect data for payroll purpose including benefit and bonus for
fundraiser with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Report to finance to pay invoice from APPCO an outsource face to
face program and other administration work with APPCO
- Collect all data of new fundraiser on board and report to
HRODfor staff profile database and filing
- Update Fundraiser movement (change city, territory, job
assignment, resign, pass probation etc) and report to HROD
- Have a role as HR agent in providing information for HR, Office,
Finance regulation and SOP and Insurance for Fundraiser
- Record of Fundraiser leave application in compliance to SOS
Children’s Villages Indonesia HR SOP and report to HROD
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*
○ Diploma in the field of administration, accounting, finance.
○ 2 years of experience in administration work
○ Ideally have some working experiences for an international NGO
○ Excellent computer skills
○ Ability to work independently without direct supervision
○ Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
○ Ability to accurately analyze data and to make decision based on
information
○ Excellent time management and organizational skills
○ Able to work successfully as part of a team
