SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia is a part of SOS-Kinderdorf International
which is an international umbrella organization of national associations.
It is a non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational and non-profit
social development organization, working exclusively in the public
interest. Its objectives are:
- To provide specialist care and support for orphaned and
abandoned children through the SOS Children’s Villages.
- To support children, young persons and families in need through
the establishment of social centers, schools and vocational training
centers.
- To advocate and promote the rights of children throughout the
world.
- To work with international organizations, and promote world-wide
understanding and exchange of knowledge on child care issues.
- To serve as a model of long-term family based care.

*POSITION PURPOSE*
The Data Entry Staff is responsible for encoding all donor’s information to
database
* *
*JOB PROFILE*
- Daily encoding Sahabat SOS information to SOS Children’s Villages
Database
- Monitor all information in Sahabat SOS form and ensure all the
information correctly transfer to database
- Prepare standing information for debit claim to bank
- Responsible for the Sahabat SOS filling management
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*
- Diploma in the field of Marketing/Communications/Business
Administration
- 2 years of experience in Costumer Care work or in Data entry work
- Experience in Fundraising area/Donor Service Area will be an
advantage
- Ideally have some working experiences for an international NGO
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Mature and organized, with an attention to detail
- Customer service and relationship building experience
- Excellent Computer skills
