*BRIEF*
SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia is a part of SOS-Kinderdorf International
which is an international umbrella organization of national associations.
It is a non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational and non-profit
social development organization, working exclusively in the public
interest. Its objectives are:
- To provide specialist care and support for orphaned and
abandoned children through the SOS Children’s Villages.
- To support children, young persons and families in need through
the establishment of social centers, schools and vocational training
centers.
- To advocate and promote the rights of children throughout the
world.
- To work with international organizations, and promote world-wide
understanding and exchange of knowledge on child care issues.
- To serve as a model of long-term family based care.

*POSITION PURPOSE*
The Venue Officer is responsible for researching, managing and acquiring
venues for the Fundraiser team so they can effectively have 80% working.
*JOB PROFILE*
· Make strategy and build good relationship with potential venue
management from external like malls, groups, office, and other public space
that can provide place for DD to work and achieve new financial supporters.
· Ensure 80% of Fundraiser working place across 4 cities are in
site that have can achieve our target market for financial supporter.
· Ensure 20% of venues are tests that have the potential to become
regular venues
· Ensure that the image and core values of organization are well
presented, in the term of building relationship with venue management.
· Build strategy to maintain long-term relationship with venue
management
· Negotiate with venue management about Fundraising program to make
the goal of Fundraising is achieved based on target.
· Develop, produce and update motivational and effective SOS
Children’s Villages Indonesia proposal packages for building relationship
with venue management.
· Analyze and monitor venue performance result
· Follow up proposal by email, phone or have meeting face to face
· Report the venue performance analysis report to Face to
FaceCoordinator regularly
· Report all necessary report that track venue contract and success
rate of the program to Face to Face Coordinator regularly
· Create a creative event plan for maintenance program required
from Face to Face Coordinator
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*
○ Bachelor Degree in the field of Marketing or Business or Communications
○ 2 years of experience in Fundraising or Mall management marketing
○ Ideally have some experience working for an international NGO
○ Excellent verbal communication, strong written skills, including the
ability to interpret and re-write information
○ Excellent Computer skills
○ Excellent task and record management skills and public speaking skills
○ Ability to work independently without direct supervision
○ Excellent Planning and evaluation skills
○ Mature and organized, with an attention to detail, customer service
and relationship building
○ Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
○ Ability to accurately data analyze and to make decision based on
information
○ Excellent time of management and organizational skills
○ Able to work successfully as part of a team
○ Negotiation and influencing skills
