Job Details

Project Coordination

- Provide information, data and reports for the KOICA projects in
timely manner as requested

- Facilitate smooth communication between all stakeholders in the
project (Bappenas,Setneg, MOFA, MOF, Relevant Ministries, Local
Government and others)

- Ensure the timely implementation of program activities, particularly
meetings and plan these in advance

- Responsible for monitoring of the project activities, including
collation and summarizing minutes of meetings (MM) with
ministries/organizations

- Provide reports on field visit for the Korean survey team

- Provide progress reports and monitor the implementation of
KOICA's projects

- Participate in coordination meetings and workshops including
handling the organization of events and workshops as necessary

- Attend the project coordination/ planning/ evaluation meeting/
workshop

- Manage the dispatch of World Friends Advisor (WFA)

Administration

- Provide support to Resident Representative and/or Deputy
Resident Representative in document and correspondence preparation and
follow-ups

- Perform general office/secretarial duties autonomously

- Handle minutes of meeting and reports

- Draft correspondence, ensure interpreting and translation
(English-Indonesian vice versa) as needed

- Take responsibility for the proper use of vehicles, equipment
and other assets

- Monitor the arrangement and expiry of VISA for Korean Experts
assigned to the project

Others
Do other tasks related to the KOICA project implementation as requested

Working Conditions

5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours

8 hours per day (08:30 a.m-16:30 p.m)

English (Fluent) as official language

Others

- Bachelor degree in International Relations, Management,
Administration, Economics Development, Environment, ICT and so on

- Three (3) years experience in working with international
organization preferably with grant aid projects

- Three (3) years experiences in planning, implementing,
monitoring and evaluation of project & implementation program

- Willing to develop a good teamwork with the Partnership
staff; having a good skill in report writing, and good skill on the
use of ICT

- Having significant roles in lobby and advocacy

- Excellent communication both in oral and written in Bahasa
Indonesia and English and interpersonal skills

- Excellent administration and organizational skills

- Profound knowledge of modern telecommunication systems
(telephone, fax, scanner, e-mail, internet and its software)

- Flexible, able to multi-task and work well under pressure
