Vacancy Legal Drafting Specialist

VACANCY

 Directorate General of Regional Development, Ministry of Home Affairs is
looking for a Legal Drafting Specialist to assist the smoothness of
our annual program related with the implementation of regional public policy. The main program aims to expedite the number of
regulations which constitute a national priority. The main responsibilities and the requirementsof this positionisas follows :


Main Responsibilities :
o    Compiling number of regulations related to the specific purposes grants
(DAK), and constructing the Main Ideas,
The Academic Paper, as well as fleshing out the Presidential Ordinance with respect to the specific purposes grants (DAK)
o         Contriving the Main Ideas, The
Academic Paper, as well as rounding out the Ministry Ordinance related with SIPD. The scope of SIPD’s work also drafts a MoU with the National
Statistical Agency

Requirements :
o    Male/Female
o    A MasterDegree in Constitutional Lawfrom A Reputable State
University, Overseas Graduate would be advantage
o    2 – 7 years Experience, combining academical and practical aspects (preferably those who have a
similar position in other ministries)
o    Has a great interest in FUNDS TRANSFER and DATA, and have a sense of awareness and
knowledge related to them
o    Highly self motivated, independent, multi-tasking, positive attitudealso mature
o    Team player and able to work under pressure
o    Excellent computer literate

This position is a full-time job on a one-year basis with a periodically 4 months probation,
possible extension is required after successfully pass the probation period. If
