Executive Director/Operations Manager NGO in Bali
Yayasan Bali Peduli (YBP), founded in
2011, has a mission to reduce the spread of HIV on Bali. The first Bali Peduli
clinic, in Kuta, employs 5 staff including a doctor, and has to date tested
around 2000 individuals, of whom 18% are HIV positive.YBP will begin a
similar program in Ubud this year and expand to other areas of Bali when funding
permits.

The ED/OM reports to the Chair of the Board, will oversee the daily
operations of the Foundation, and work closely with the Foundation’s staff,
board, partners, donors and government bodies to ensure the achievement of the
Foundation’s goals.
The successful candidate will be Indonesian, between the ages of 30 and
45, a university graduate,  have
experience working for a Foundation or NGO in a leadership capacity, and
fund-raising for an NGO. Additional qualifications: an excellent command of written/spoken
English, dedication to the goals of the Foundation, experience with people
management, and organisational capacity-building in an inter-cultural
environment. YBP is based on Bali.
