Social Community Manager

Responsibilities:
The Online Community Manager will implement the Brand’s Online Community Strategy, managing engagement and interactivity with its audience, and fostering community spirit. This role coordinates with the internal Creative Teams, Content Writers and Account Management teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong community around the brand.

Requirements:

    Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills
    Must be very well versed with online community platforms (Twitter, Facebook, blogging etc)  and their respective participants (Such as Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Profiling etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
    Knowledge of the Company’s industry and the brands assigned.
    Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
    This person should have previous experiences in managing social communities like Facebook etc.
    Have a good writing, social media communication and research skills
    Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
    Have a good knowledge of principles of customer service
    Editorial, Marketing, Customer Service experience, a plus
    Strong project management or organizational skills
