mission focuses on affordable financial services for low-income people in
remote rural areas. Amartha promotes is social mission in reducing poverty
through basic financial literacy and community organizing that complement
its financial services. It has committed to developing Indonesia from a
socio-economic aspect through financial literacy, grameen group loan
products, and savings. As of June 2013, it has opened 4 branches, served
more than 50 villages and reached more than 3,000 members.

*Operations Manager*

This position requires a person that has necessarily leadership and
communication skills to manage business expansion and respond wide variety
of situations in the field level. The role of Operations Manager will
passionately lead and deliver an effective branch expansion strategy across
West Java and Banten to reach 100,000 clients in 2017 and creating lasting
social impacts. Operations Manager will report to the CEO and will be part
of Amartha’s key management team. The ideal candidates would be someone
with experience in banking sectors. The candidate should have experience
managing targets, fraud prevention, and customer service.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Lead in expanding areas of operations and clients.
• Ensure development and consistent execution of operational policies and
procedures related to field, staff, delinquency, performance, and branch
management.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
• At least 2 years of experience in operational level preferably from
microfinance and banking sector
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skill and high commitment
• Good attention to detail and good initiative
• Integrity, discipline and attention to details a must.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time within Kabupaten Bogor.
• Have a strong work ethic and require minimal direction.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment.

*Human Resources Manager*

In this role, we need you with work experience in human resources
management who is passionate about empowering the poor and creating
business model expansion. This includes responsibility to find, grow, and
keep the talent of Amartha. HR Manager is responsible to lead organization
growth through effective recruitment, retention, and learning & development
management. The ideal candidates also should have abundance energy and
forward-thinking entrepreneurial approach to help  us reach 100,000 in 2017
and create lasting social impacts.


Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Lead the Setting-up strategic plan for HR department;
• Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures
related to recruitment and selection and staff capacity development;
• Lead the job evaluation/appraisal performance;
• Lead the construction and implementation of talent management program and
succession plan;

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources management in
managerial position, preferably from microfinance and banking sector;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English;

*Internal Audit Manager*

As Internal Audit Manager you will be part of the senior leadership team
and will manager the internal audit and reporting of the company. IA
Manager will design, build, and implement audit plans based on risks and
will supervise the monitoring, review and capacity building processes of
the internal audit division.


Task and Responsibilities
• Design, build, and implement audit plans based on risks, and supervise
the monitoring, review, and capacity building processes of the internal
audit division in accordance with international standards on auditing.
• Perform professional internal auditing work which involves managing or
conducting performance, operational, financial, IT, and compliance audit
assignments in the affiliate, and the region.
• Provide input to the development of annual internal audit plan.
• Internal audit engagement planning, execution, and supervision.


Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, management, or industrial
engineering.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in operations, internal auditing.
• Knowledge of control and risk self-assessment facilitation techniques.
• Knowledge of and skill in applying internal auditing principles and
practices, management principles, and preferred business practices.
• Honesty, discipline and attention to details a must.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time within Kabupaten Bogor.
