Mercy Corps Indonesia is currently seeking to fill the post through external candidates: 

JAKARTA

Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator responsible to develop
strong, working relationships with government, community, private sector and
other key partners at the local and provincial levels, as a foundation for
future work. He/she also will assist in preparing Public Consultation and
Disclosure Plan, including stakeholder analysis, assessment of information
channels to communities, and guidelines on community mobilization principles.
The project Coordinator also will give presentations in front of an audience of
partners in English.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree (S1) in social studies or a related field; Masters Degree in related topic preferred;
* Minimum of 7 years of community mobilization and/or international development and management experience, preferably in Indonesia;
* Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must;
* Record of success in designing community interventions in a variety of the sectors is a must. Possible sectors may include WASH, economic development and livelihoods, health and education, among others.
* Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, particularly focus group discussions and interviews, a plus;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and statistics software.
