Data and System Analyst


*National Team for Accelerating Poverty Reduction (TNP2K)*

*Jakarta, Indonesia – Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian
Aid funded Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF)*





PRSF is a joint facility between Department of Foreign Affairs and
Trade–Australian Aid and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality
of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia.



GRM International is the Managing Contractor contracted by Department of
Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid to manage the implementation of
PRSF.



We are currently looking Data and System Analyst *to support the
Directorate of Poverty Reduction of Bappenas in the development and
management of complex information and data on the MP3KI programs,
especially those related to sustainable. *This position will work closely
with the existing Data and System Analyst responsible for managing
information and data on the MP3KI Quick Wins and programs of Sumatera, Java
and Bali-Nusa Tenggara corridors.



*Essential Criteria:*



   1. Minimum of B.A. in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer
   Science or related subjects
   2. Minimum 3-5 years computer programming work experience relevant to
   data analysis in academic research, private sector or in government.
   3. Experience using large scale quantitative survey data and excellent
   knowledge of data collection systems for economic and social development
   survey data.
   4. Experience working on projects involving communication with
   government officials in Indonesia is an asset.
   5. Excellent knowledge of programming, econometrics and statistical
   analysis techniques.
   6. Familiarity with statistical analysis software packages such as
   STATA/SPSS/SAS is preferred.
   7. Proven record of strong stakeholders’ relations, with ability to work
   in sensitive situations, challenging policy environments, and within GoI
   institutions / ministries; demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
   8. Excellent presentational and writing skills.
   9. Fluency in English and Bahasa
