The Indonesia Climate Change Center (ICCC) kindly requests registered companies, non-government organizations, universities and research centers in Indonesia to submit a proposal for Methodology Development For Estimating GHGs Emissions From Peat Fire.
Submission of Proposal
A. Proposal shall comprise the following items:
* Company Profile or Qualifications of the Company (including description of the nature of business, field of expertise, licenses, certifications, business licenses, , latest audited financial statement).
* List/summary of experiences and capability of the company (including services that were provided for the last 1 year).
* Proposed Methodology for the completion of work (providing a detailed description of the essential performance characteristics, reporting conditions, quality assurance mechanism and back-up resources).
* Financial proposal that will include a detailed cost breakdown for each activity mentioned in Terms of Reference (TOR). Currency of Proposal is in USD and must include VAT.
* Qualification of Key Personnel (names and CVs of key personnel that will perform the work).
B. Please see the Description of Requirements as in Annex 1 as well as TOR as in Annex 2, as guidelines for proposal development that will be submitted.
C. Proposal must be expressed in English and valid for a minimum period of 2 months.
D. Proposal must be submitted in well-organized softcopy/hardcopy package (with file type PDF preferred) at the latest by Tuesday, December 17, 2013, end of day at 23:59 WIB (Jakarta time) via e-mail or courier to the address below:
