Position: Administrative Assistant

Bali Children Foundation provides an educational pathway for disadvantaged Balinese children. Our work currently impacts on the education opportunities for more than 600 Balinese children.  We deliver  via scholarships and direct teaching of English and computer studies.

We require a skilled administrator.

The administrator reports to our General Manager.

Duties :
* daily administration, paying bills (as requested and approved),  correspondences
* ensuring strategic priorities and project schedules are aligned to meet agreed dateline.
* management of sponsorship programs, invoicing sponsors for their support payments, sending receipts. Maintaining donor records
* book keeping:  collection and confirmation of accounting data including receipts, basic financial reporting, petty cash management
*Monthly reports and bank reconciliation report.
* sourcing, contractors, and services in line with project requirements
* other duties assigned by management

Applicant must have :
*Bachelor degree in accounting/management/administration
* considerable administration experiences
* self motivated
* well organized
*ability to work independently
*fluent  in English and Indonesian both written and oral.
*willingness to do field trip whenever required.
*details oriented
