Conservation International,
an international non-governmental organization, is seeking to fill the position
of anIT
Assistantbase in Jakarta


This is a full time position with significant
responsibilities for facilitate and maintaining the IT system and website in a
highly dynamic environment. .  Under the
day-to-day supervision of the IT Coordinator, the IT Assistant day to day
duties are trouble shooting and give technical support for all users and
offices of CI Indonesia specially at Jakarta office, assist procurement process for electronicproduct and IT (software & hardware),  manage assets in close coordination with
admin, also responsible for developing, maintaining and managing CI Indonesia
website in a highly dynamic environment and ensure close coordination with
communication department.

Responsibilities:
1.     Provide
technical supports and presentation material, including:
·         User
support
·         Application
support
·         Network
Support
·         Printer
support

2.    Assist IT Coordinator to build and
create an information system infrastructure for any CI Indonesia Divisions,
which can ensured transparency and information-based decision-making.

3.    Support CI Indonesia such as develop,
maintenance and upgrade CI Indonesia website, linkage to other sites line, link
with library database, create special domain for CI Indonesia

Qualifications:
•      A bachelor degree
in IT field.
•      Minimum of 1 years
IT experience
•      Fresh graduates are
welcome to apply
•      Excellent IT and
organizational skills
•      Ability to handle
complex multiple computer/network tasks effectively
•      Good interpersonal
skills with ability to work as part of team, high integrity and positive
attitude
