Implementation Manager

Labor Solutions through aims to equip factory employees with life skills
that promote behaviour-change. Our programs focus on improving factory
workers’ wellbeing, health and financial functions both at workplace and at
home. Labor Solutions provides micro-coaching (parenting, wellness and
financial planning), corporate communication tools, and accurate and timely
data services to clients globally.

Our client base is growing rapidly and we need a smart and enthusiastic
individual to help drive our continued success. You will be in charge in
leading the implementation of our products throughout Asia. Your main
responsibilities will involve project management and data management. If
you consider yourself an individual with excellent communication and
project management skills, a strong problem solver, and is able to thrive
in a fast paced environment, then this job is right for you! You can work
from home or be based in one of our offices in Jakarta, Bangalore,
Shanghai, or Singapore.

What Do You Need?
 Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in at least one of these
languages: Indonesian, Mandarin or Vietnamese. Ability to speak other Asian
language skills a plus
 Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English
 Comfort with technology, an interest in IT product development is a plus
 Strong communication skills
 Desire to learn
 Strong problem solving
 University Degree

What Will You Be Doing?
 Project Management and Planning Identify issues and communicating closely
with the Product Development Team to ensure a smooth and timely
implementation.
 Data Management work with the IT team to organize and manage data &
customize systems.
 Testing and Quality Assurance test products and ensure they are
functioning to meet client needs. Consider possible obstacles and challenge
systems.
 Trainings and Account Management Support Support Account Managers in
communicating with the client project expectations. Assist with telephonic
orientations and training of product and online implementation
meetings/conference calls.  Problem Solving & Troubleshooting. Identifying
issues that threaten to delay the timeline. Working with IT and the Product
Manager on outstanding Helpdesk Tickets to ensure that client issues have
been dealt with.
