MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER – YAYASAN CIPTA CARA PADU - Vacancy announcement

YCCP/Cipta is at the moment opening a vacancy for one  Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to be based in Jakarta – Indonesia; this position is allocated for local Indonesian citizen only. The following is the Terms of Reference for the position;

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Monev Officer shall perform daily activities in the implementation of the  programs within YCCP/Cipta. 

Responsibilities :

1.     Assist in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports writing for the Programs.
2.     Write articles on best practices and lesson learned in the implementation of the programs in a form of breaking
        news, case studies, result cascade, and others using the existed monitoring and evaluations tools.
3.     Monitoring the implementation of the  Programs.
4.     Collect and analyze data on Family Planning received from the independent consultants.
5..     Provide inputs and recommendation to Program in determining the advocacy direction at the sub-national level.
6.     Coordination with the stakeholders in the programs implementation.
7.     In coordination with the Finance Dept. , assist the Program Manager in the development of a system to ensure that
        program implementations is aligned with the program plans and frames and set program indicators.
8.     Facilitate documentation and reporting of assessments, program data, lesson learnt and best practices for internal
        and external sharing.
9.     Travels as required.
 
 Requirements:
  •  A minimum of  Master Degree majoring in Public Health / social studies / other relevant major, or Bachelor          degree with more than 7 years holding similar position.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in the field of health communication monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, excellent presentation skills and writing skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to share result confidently.
  • Possess integrity and high ethical standard.
  • Possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills,  interpersonal skills, sensitivity, responsiveness,respectful and helpful towards team members, donors and partners.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
  • Plans, coordinates and organize workload while remaining aware of changing Priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Continuously approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.
  • Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage challenges. Responds positively to critical feedback and differing points of view.
  •  Past experience  working in similar position in NGO environment in Family Planning/Reproductive Health area is a great advantage.
  • Result-oriented, independent, and willingness to travel.
