What we are looking for: Finance Assistant (INT5944)
Team Purpose
To
ensure finance contributes to and it’s aligned to the programme,
country, and region strategic goals by providing effective support and
advice to management, supervision and workforce to ensure they all can
fulfil their role’s, complying with Oxfam’s “Code of Conduct” and
values, as well as to ensure effective implementation of Oxfam GB Policy
and compliance to Indonesian labour Law. This post will be based in
Jakarta and will assist country office day to day basis and will be
focus following up all finance related Central Sulawesi EQ Response.
Skills and Competence
- Bachelor Degree in Management/Administration or relevant field;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance administrative position;
- Written and verbal proficiency of English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office and email);
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, sense of responsibility, and initiative;
- A strong commitment to Gender, Diversity issues, Equal Opportunities, and capacity building.
- Attention to detail and document orientation;
- Excellent interpersonal Skill with customer oriented;
- Knowledge of, and commitment to humanitarian issues; and
- Willingness to travel to project sites..
