We are urgently looking for candidates with solid experience, multi-tasking, resourceful and positive attitude for HR Officer and Logistics Officer (based in Medan), M&E Officer Ehowu (based in Nias).

The initial contract is one year with possible extension.

HR Officer

Reports to Sr. Operations Manager and work with all managers in HR activities and support from planning, recruitment, administration, capacity building, compensation & benefit to government reporting.

Minimum Qualifications;

·         Minimum Bachelor degree in Social Science, Law, Psychology or Management

·         More than 5 years’ experience in Human Resources

·         Knowledge of Manpower regulations

·         Willing to travel to remote areas

·         Good knowledge on trends in Human Resources is a plus

Logistics Officer

Reports to Sr. Operations Manager and work with all managers in Logistics Operational activities and support from planning, procurement, asset management, safety & security to government liaisons and permits.

Minimum Qualifications;

·         Minimum Bachelor degree in any field

·         More than 3 years’ experience in Logistics / Operations

·         Preferably with experience in safety and  security or emergency preparedness

·         Willing to travel to remote areas

·         Local knowledge in Medan or other SurfAid areas is a plus

M&E OFFICER EHOWU, NIAS

Reporting to Sr. Program Manager Ehowu, the M&E Officer works for program quality, proper monitoring and reporting as well as maintaining program database.  Working with the Program Team, he/she will conduct and coordinate the monitoring and evaluation activities are done according to plan and the agreed standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelor degree from Statistics, Mathematics or Public Health

·         More than 4 years’ experience in Mother & Child Health, Water Sanitation, Economic Development or other community development or behaviour change programs

·         Candidates with advance training in M&E are preferred

·         Willing to travel to remote areas with limited access
