Plan International Indonesia, now has been transitioned to
local entity, Yayasan Plan International Indonesia (Plan Indonesia) has
been working for 50 years since 1969. Currently, Plan Indonesia is
working with its Country Strategy 4 from 2017-2022 which focuses on the
four program pillars; Youth Economic Empowerment, Protection from
Violence, Disaster Risk Management and Resilience, and align with
specific contexts such as the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), Plan
International’s new global strategy and Asia Regional Hub program
priorities, Indonesian Government’s national and local plans in
promoting children’s rights and in alleviating poverty, with the results
of the child rights situation analysis in Yayasan Plan International
Indonesia’s program areas, and with the lessons learned from the
evaluation of Country Strategy Program 3. Additionally, Yayasan Plan
International Indonesia’s program development has just finished the
second round of its Project Cycle Management in the last July. The two
workshops have produced a detailed identification of ways of working on a
project level.
