Job Brief
The
Field Facilitator ESCP is responsible for all aspects related to the
implementation of ESCP activities in East Luwu accordingly workplan that
has been prepared.

Task, Authority & Responsibility
·
Identify potential areas and program participants that consisting of women cocoa farmers in related district
·
Collect data and manage database of ESCP program participants.
·
Coordinate with the GALS consultant which
appointed by the program in preparing the weekly and monthly activity
plan and reporting to the Deputy Program Manager, including activity
budget and expense report.
·
Coordinate with the Cocoa Sector Private
Partners in the program implementation area in preparing weekly and
monthly activity and reporting.
·
Implementing a follow up plan as advised by the consultant and line manager.
·
Facilitating the training for women farmers in East Luwu, especially the registered farmers in the ESCP database.
·
Collaborate with other relevant stakeholders related to the activity implementation.
·
Archive and administer all training and
mentoring activities during the assignment period and compile weekly
reports and other reports as requested.

Employee Requirements
·
Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in agriculture, business, social or any related fields
·
Presentation skills, especially for cocoa farmers.
·
Excellent knowledge in cacao sector.
·
Experienced in GAP, GFP, and GSP master training
·
Experienced in working with farmer organizations.
·
Good interpersonal skills and commitment working in a team
