Scope of Work
The Programs and Information Analyst will provide analytical and information management support to ADB programs, economics, and communications units in its Indonesia Resident Mission (IRM).
Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output
1. Perform relevant data gathering, compile information, and generate reporting to support the programs, economics, and communications unit of ADB IRM. This includes, but not limited to: (i) lending programs; (ii) non-lending programs, including regional technical assistances; (iii) knowledge products and services; (iv) country information note; (v) country economic indicators; (vi) information from meetings, events, and workshops; (vii) contacts management.
2. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing memorandums and letters.
3. Assist in preparing briefings, background papers and presentations for ADB’s management, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
4. Support the organization of meetings, events, and workshops.
5. Assist the units in relevant research tasks, as necessary.
6. Coordinate as needed with other ADB units and departments concerned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
1. At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Management or a relevant discipline.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in programs/portfolio administration, data/information management, and/or economics data research.
3. Strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills suitable for a multicultural professional environment, preferable in an international organization.
4. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets or other required information technologies necessary to compile information, analyze data, and produce reports/charts.
5. Effective report-writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
