We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position:

Position Title             : Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager

Location                     : Yogyakarta
Contract Duration     : 12 months with possibility of extension

Expected start date   : As soon as possible

Salary                         : ASB offers a competitive salary package commensurate with experience

POSITION SUMMARY:

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager will work closely with the Country Director in developing and delivering high quality programmes. This is done through strategic development and implementation of the organisational level MEAL. Within that role, the MEAL Manager is in charge of establishing organisational learning strategies. This position is expected to work closely with the Programme Implementation Manager for monitoring the achievement of ASB’s programmatic and organisational strategic objectives. The incumbent is expected to structurally identify and document lessons learned and good practices to feed relevant programme development.
