Program Manager Climate Justice and Rights in Crisis (INT9758)

Do you have the ability to drive and implement programs with strong knowledge, and exposure to the trend in Rights in Crisis, particularly in the area of Climate Change, Climate Financing, Resilience Building, Renewable Energy, and Local Humanitarian Leadership?

 

Do you have at least 7 years of experience in delivering a high-quality project delivery as per the project management cycle, budget management, and compliance as per stakeholders’ standard requirements?

 

Do you hold bachelor/master’s degree in economics, environment, public policy, sociology, or related field?

The Role:

 

Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for Program Manager, Climate Justice & Right in Crises who will be responsible for the objective of the Climate Justice & Rights in Crises Programs that has been defined by Oxfam Country Strategy. The post holder will lead his/her team who is working together to deliver the program in good quality including maintaining a good relationship with Oxfam Confederation, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Sound knowledge on gender mainstreaming in projects and guide project staff herein. Having Knowledge and experience of promoting gender equity, and an active commitment to promoting the interests of marginalized people in all aspects of Oxfam’s work
  • Solution-orientation in her/his work with the team.

 

Desirable

  • Good communication and relationship building
  • Ability to work with others to develop vision into strategy and communicating and influencing this to a wider audience
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and implement opportunities for innovation.
