PROJECT AND COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Technology Agent Project (Various locations in Indonesia)

    Manage partnership with local partner.
    Organize training as needed for technology agents and develop a training manual.
    Monitor project implementation and repayment.
    Ensure financial accountability of local partner.
    Document the process through blogs, reports, photos and videos.
    Submit recommendations and plan for future project.
    In collaboration with local partner, manage process of conducting baseline and follow up surveys, interviews and provide analytical reports on the data collected.
    Other duties as needed.

Other projects

    Manage other Indonesian and overseas projects to ensure timely implementation and reporting
    Raise funds for the projects
    Assist with the design of new projects and the implementation and monitoring of ongoing projects in Indonesia.
    Conduct baseline and follow up surveys, interviews and provide analytical reports on the data collected.
    Other duties as needed

Social media and communications

    Write monthly newsletters and build subscribers list
    Create content for website
    Develop outreach materials
    Manage and grow Kopernik’s Twitter and Facebook presence
    Design and implement an outreach strategy for grant contests
    Increase exposure about Kopernik and projects in Indonesia through media outreach
    Write and edit others’ blogs as needed and upload on the site
    Draft K-Lab weekly


Tech Seeker Outreach

    Conduct outreach with Indonesian NGOs
    Work with tech seekers to enable them to conduct fundraising and reach out to their own networks for their projects listed on Kopernik

Tech Provider Outreach

    Conduct research on emerging technologies
    Review submissions from technology providers

Others

    Work with External Relations Officer to implement Salesforce
    Other duties as needed

Requirements

    Fluency in English
    Excellent writing skills a must
    Prior communications experience required
    Indonesian speaker preferred

This positions are based in Bali, Indonesia.
Salary is competitive at local Indonesian rates.
