REPOSTING : The Southeast Asia Infectious Disease Clinical Research Network (SEAICRN) seeks a Network Director

The Southeast Asia Infectious Disease Clinical Research Network
(SEAICRN) has an immediate opening for a Network Director.  The SEAICRN is a collaborative partnership of
hospitals and research institutions in Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam with
the mission of advancing the scientific knowledge and clinical management of
infectious diseases in Southeast Asia through collaborative clinical research.  The Network was created in order to develop
the necessary partnerships in the region to conduct collaborative clinical
research addressing emerging threats, to increase scientific knowledge and
directly contribute to improved clinical management of infectious diseases of
public health importance.


The Network seeks an experienced leader with strong
scientific credentials. The Director of SEAICRN provides leadership to the
network and is accountable to the SEAICRN Governing Board.  It is expected that the Director will
dedicate approximately 8 hours/week (1 day/week or 20% of full-time effort) for
this position and, if appropriate, salary compensation will be provided for
this level of effort.  The position will
be based in Indonesia, Thailand, or Vietnam.  Preference will be given to individuals from the Southeast Asia region.
