Local Recruitment/Outreach Specialist, Indonesia

Background:  The purpose of PRESTASI (means “achievement” in Indonesian) is to improve the performance and leadership skills of Indonesian professionals which, in turn, will help to promote development in Indonesia. Specifically, PRESTASI provides training and technical services required to strengthen and expand the base of skilled, high-performing professionals and institutions in Indonesia’s public and private sector.

Responsibilities: The Local Recruitment/Outreach Specialist will manage all phases of a rigorous outreach program. Experience in recruiting candidates from remote and disadvantaged areas throughout Indonesia is required, as well as experience recruiting candidates with leadership qualities. Excellence in innovative outreach that promotes Participant Training through a variety of mediums is also essential.



Qualifications:

    At least 7 years of experience in the development and implementation of international programs.
    An advanced graduate degree or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent managerial work

experience is required.

    Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written, to fulfill the technical and

managerial responsibilities proposed.

    Working experience in developing countries; experience in Indonesia a plus.
    Proficiency in speaking and writing in Bahasa Indonesia is required. Proficiency in speaking and writing in the English language is also required.
    Familiarity with cultures and academic institutions of Indonesia and South East Asia is

preferred.
