CSR Superintendent
(Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and implement CSR and community development programs and initiatives of Pipit Group in the area of education, healthcare, public infrastructure, economy development and socio-cultural
* Maintain good relationships with local community and government
* Public awareness and education to generate supports from local stakeholders to plantation and mine operations and development
* Establish mutual understanding and trust with local NGOs/agencies
* Coordinate the implementation of corporate communication and/or public relations strategy and activities in the company
* Preparation of regular CSR reporting.
* The candidate will be responsible to head the Charitable Institution as well.
* Responsible for preparing and evaluating project reports/assessment studies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in any diciplin.
* Experience of working for at least 3 years in a relief or development setting. This should include field experience including management of implementing agencies (local or national NGOs, or communities)
* Excellent knowledge & proven experiences community based development projects.
* Proven competency in community participation approaches.
* Demonstrated ability to build cohesive teams and to achieve goals through teamwork
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Willing to travel to remote
* Computer literate
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Social & Counselling Service or equivalent.
* Experience in NGO/LSM is an advantage
