GA Manager

Responsibilities:


    * Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations to ensure organizational effectiveness
    * Organize office and facilities maintenance and renovations
    * Manage and coordinate Company car pool, as well as drivers, messengers and office boy/ girl
    * Coordinate with Building management on cleaning service, security matter and parking facilities etc
    * Ensure and control all office facilities are operating well

Requirements:

    * Min. Bachelor’s degree of any major
    * At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably having exposure working in the hospitality industry
    * Good command of English
    * Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
    * Possesses interpersonal skill
    * Strong planning and organizational abilities
