IRD Indonesia Vacant Positions - Papua Based

International Relief and Development, Inc. (IRD), is a non-profit organization specializing in international development and humanitarian assistance in over 40 countries. IRD works with a wide range of partners to design and implement, and provide technical assistance in the areas of food and agriculture, health & hygiene, infrastructure, economic growth, democratic governance and community development, community stabilization, and emergency response.
In anticipating the upcoming project in Papua, IRD Indonesia is inviting dynamic, committed, experienced and highly motivated candidates to join our team for the following positions and requirements:

1. Program Manager
§ B.S. degree in related field; M.S. degree is preferred;
§ A minimum of 5 years of field experience in implementing agricultural development programs in the remote area, funded by USAID or other donors;
§ At least 5 years experience working in a similar position in an NGO/INGO;
§ Good knowledge of Papuan agricultural sector’s constraints;
§ Solid experience in planning and managing integrated rural development programs in difficult to access areas;
§ Demonstrated ability to plan, implement/supervise, and track project activities, and prior experience in working and living in remote areas;
§ English language skills at level-4, native or working-level skills in Bahasa Indonesia (indicated in the CV/resume);
§ Information management skills (MS Office, email, internet), interpersonal and team work skills.

2. Financial and Budget Management Specialist
§ B.S. degree in Financial Management/Accounting or MBA degree is preferred;
§ At least 5 years of experience working with agricultural development programs, funded by USAID or other donors;
§ At least 5 years experience working in a similar position in an NGO/INGO;
§ Familiarity with USAID financial management requirements;
§ Demonstrated ability to prepare and track budgets and prepare financial reports;
§ Prior experience in applying later computer-based accounting programs and systems;
§ Proven track record in delivering full range of accounting and financial management service including training local staff. Candidate who has worked on a large USAID or other donors funded projects of about $10 million is preferred;
§ English language skills at level-4, native language skill in Bahasa Indonesia (indicated in the CV/resume);
§ Information management skills (MS Office, email, internet), interpersonal and team work skills.

3. M&E Specialist
§ B.S. degree in Economics/Statistics; M.S. degree in the same field is preferred;
§ A minimum of 5 years experience in setting up and implementing M&E systems with GIS technology in agricultural/rural development programs;
§ At least 5 years experience working in a similar position in an NGO/INGO;
§ Experience in designing and measuring results impact indicators and measures;
§ Compiling, analyzing, measuring results impact indicators and measures;
§ Training staff in M&E processes;
§ Organizing data collection system;
§ Drafting and production of success stories, and managing the production of quarterly newsletters. A candidate with a background of working with USAID project’s M&E systems and GIS experience is preferred;
§ English language skills minimum at level-3, native Bahasa Indonesia skills (indicated in the CV/resume);
§ Information management skills (MS Office, GIS, email, internet), interpersonal and team work skills.

4. Procurement/Logistics
§ B.S. degree in related field;
§ A minimum of 3 years experience in equivalent position;
§ At least 3 years experience working with an NGO/INGO;
§ Familiarity with USAID procurement rules and regulations;
§ English language skills minimum at level-3, native Bahasa Indonesia skills (indicated in the CV/resume);
§ Information management skills (MS Office, email, internet), interpersonal and team work skills.

5. M&E Assistant
§ B.S. degree in Economics/Statistics;
§ A minimum of 3 years experience in equivalent position;
§ At least 3 years experience working with an NGO/INGO;

§ Maintaining the data collection system;
§ English language skills minimum at level-3, native Bahasa Indonesia skills (indicated in the CV/resume);

6. Field Coordinators
§ B.S. degree in related field;
§ A minimum of 3 years experience in equivalent position, implementing agricultural development programs in the remote area, funded by USAID or other donors is preferred;
§ At least 3 years experience working with an NGO/INGO;
§ Good knowledge of Papuan agricultural sector’s constraints;
§ Good experience in implementing integrated rural development programs in difficult to access areas;
§ Prior experience in working and living in remote areas is preferred;

7. Admin/HR
§ B.S. degree in related field;
§ A minimum of 3 years experience in equivalent position;
§ At least 3 years experience working with an NGO/INGO;
§ Familiarity with USAID rules and regulations;
§ English language skills minimum at level-3, native Bahasa Indonesia skills (indicated in the CV/resume);

8. Finance/Accountant
§ B.S. degree in Financial Management/Accounting;
§ A minimum of 3 years experience in equivalent position;
§ At least 3 years experience working with an NGO/INGO;

9. Community Facilitator

§ Good knowledge of Papuan agricultural sector’s constraints;

11. Secretary/Admin
