Business Coordinator

INOTEK aims to facilitate the development of inventive and innovative technologies on water, energy, health, agriculture and biodiversity that can improve productivity, efficiency and livelihood of the communities. INOTEK is currently recruiting a Business Coordinator (BC).

The Business Coordinator contributes to the overall success of INOTEK by developing its businesses and cooperation with external stakeholders, and by effectively managing venturing funds in selected innovations. The Business Coordinator performs a wide range of duties as follows:

i. Business Development

§ Assist the Executive Director in developing and executing business plan for the Yayasan.
§ Promote INOTEK to various stakeholders such as the Government, academic institutions, non-governmental organizations, international organizations and general communities.
§ Build INOTEK's network in the national, regional and international communities for possible cooperation and/or fundraising.

ii. Venturing Coordination

§ Work together with Program Coordinator, implementing partners and legal counsel on the preparation of mentoring plans for supported projects or innovations, especially the IP and equity ownership of INOTEK.
§ Develop a venturing strategy for the Yayasan with specific targets that are consistent with the Yayasan's annual plan.
§ Analyze selected projects or innovations to become venturing targets of INOTEK.
§ Involve in the establishment of new small enterprises for selected projects or innovations.
§ Monitor the growth of small enterprises created from the venturing strategy of INOTEK.

iii. Fund Development

§ Develop fundraising plan in accordance with ethical fundraising principles to generate funds for INOTEK.
§ Identify and develop corporate, community and individual prospects for INOTEK's fundraising priorities.
§ Oversee the administration of a donor mailing list and database which respects the privacy and confidentiality of donor information.
§ Monitor and evaluate all fundraising activities to ensure that the fundraising goals are being achieved.

The qualification requirements:

· Minimum 10 years of experience in small & medium enterprise development, business planning, marketing and promotion, micro-finance, and fundraising. Preferably with technology development experience.
· Minimum S1 degree in finance or business administration.
· Wide network with finance and investment, business association, and private corporations.
· Excellent presentation, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

General Qualifications:

· Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
· Good computer skill, and willing to travel.
· Pleasant personality, highly motivated and good team-work.
