Tsunami and Disaster Mitigation Research Center (TDMRC) – Syiah Kuala University under DRR-A project is seeking your talented professionals to fill in the positions below to be based in Banda Aceh:
Finance Assistant
Qualification:
1. 1. Bachelor Degree in any discipline
2. 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position as finance and administrative assistant
3. 3. Able to operate computer,email, and internet
4. 4. Able to operate computer,email, and internet
5. 5. Good writing, analytical and problem‐solving skills
6. Knowledge of principles and practices of financial planning and budgeting , records management and general administration
7. 7. Ability to communicate effectively
8. 8. Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
9. 9. Willing and able to work hard in tight deadline
Responsibilities:
1. 1. Oversees and manages all office procedures and other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
2. 2. Perform general financial and clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing
3. 3. Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly reports and related reports including the financial part.
4. 4. File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports
5. 5. Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies
6. 6. Assist any trainings and workshops conducted by Center Capacity unit, including prepare the invitation and ensure the invitations are dispatched to participants minimum a week before, arrange workshop and trainings arrangement (meeting room and equipment, refreshment, stationary, etc)
7. 7. Perform other administrative task as required.
PIBA Developer (Animation Developer)
Qualification:
1. Min. Diploma with in a relevant course.
2. Candidates who possess Bachelor Degree in similar discipline will have added advantage
3. Should have an excellent portfolio on animation developer
4. Working Experience with Animation Application.
5. Having a strong skills in concept design, delineation, and result finalization.
6. Able to sketch will have an advantage.
7. Resourceful and independent candidates
8. Responsible and able to meet tight deadlines
9. Brilliant interpersonal & verbal communication skills will have an advantage
10. Able to start work immediately
11. Living in Banda Aceh is a MUST
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop animation and narrative cartoon related with natural disaster and disaster reduction.
2. Ability to develop user-friendly interface especially for teenagers age.
3. Ability to implement business use cases into serial pictures.
4. Working with team members (fellow content writer, content manager and project manager) to develop projects.
