Office Manager

We are a growing property developer, currently inviting talented professional to fill in the position of:


Office Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

    Act as office receptionist (duties include handling general typing, photocopying, receiving guests, etc)
    Act as office secretary (duties include making travel arrangements for people, scheduling of appointments, filing travel and other claims, etc)
    Attend to general administrative duties and office maintenance related work
    Liaise with vendors and assist in procurement

Requirements:

    Position based in Jakarta
    The incumbent must be a disciplined, self-motivated and versatile professional who preferably has in-depth experience in a similar position
    Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English language
    Comfortable with the use of Microsoft office
    Mature, pro-active, Fluent in English both spoken and written
    Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and administrative skills
    Meticulous and a team player
    Only Indonesian Citizens and need apply
