Training Facilitator

Responsibilities:
The Role
We seek candidates with a background and experience in the delivery of any of the following training modalities (see list below) to join our new workshop training division as Training Facilitator.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Brain-based Learning (Whole-Brain Learning, Action-based Learning)
Accelerated Learning
Experiential Learning
Dramaturgy (Thematic Approach, Role-Play)
Problem-Based Learning
Student-Centred Learning
Requirements:
To be selected for this role, you must have at least 3 years’ prior experience conducting group training using any of the above training approaches in a workshop and/ or seminar type setting. Preferably, you have relevant certification in either Neuro-linguistic Programming and/ or other relevant professional training programs. You must have a confident demeanor and comfortable speaking to senior professionals in a large group context. You should preferably have a solid command of the English language as training using the English language may be necessary. Additional requirements include:
Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): Neuro-linguistic Programming, Accelerated learning, Experiential learning, Problem solving technique, Student-centered learning, Brain-based Learning.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managerial level experience, specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
