Finance and Administrative Officer CCP-I Foundation
The High Five Project is a three year cooperative agreement funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) which led by CCP-I Foundation. The High Five Project works in the areas of Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene project to improve hygiene and sanitation practices at the household and community levels, contributing to the achievement of the national STBM strategy.
CCP-I Foundation is looking to recruit a Finance and Administrative Officer to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia to be responsible for various administrative tasks towards the implementation of activities under High Five Project. The Finance and Administrative Officer will report to the Finance Manager and Team Leader.
Criteria: The Finance and Admin Officer must be an Indonesian national, and should have relevant administrative and financial experience. The ideal candidate will have strong English language skills (written and verbal), and experience working with USAID or a USAID partner.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Under supervision, undertake routine administrative and clerical tasks, including the preparation of official letters and documents, and arrange for their distribution as necessary;
* Assist in routine office work, including handling banking transactions, booking hotels and air tickets, maintaining a petty cash account;
* Assist in collecting expense vouchers and invoices;
* Together with the Finance Manager review the monthly financial reports submitted by bookkeeper;
* Assist in purchasing office services, equipment, and supplies;
* Serve as a central point of liaison with District office on a variety of day-to-day matters concerning the finance and administration;
* Provide administrative assistance with logistics (conferences, trainings, and meetings), and documentation of activities in Jakarta and District office;
* Schedule appointments; maintain calendars, schedules; and coordinate meetings, events, and/or travel arrangements, as required;
* Maintain files and records related to the High Five Projcet;
* Ensures that financial management and administrative systems are conducted according to CCP-I and donor regulations, standard operationg procedures and good business practices;
* Assist in auditing process; and
* Perform related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager and Team Leader (or her designee).

Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Accounting or Financial Management;
* At least three years of experience as finance officer, accountant, bookkeeper with NGO or INGO strongly preferred;
* Knowledge of USAID policies, procedures, rules and regulations is an advantage;
* Excellent organizational, good oral and written communication skills, and ability to develop good relationships;
* Ability to work effectively under highly demanding situations with minimum supervision, efficiency, competence, and integrity;
* Ability to complete multiple tasks efficiently and attention to detail;
* Ability to manage priority activities and assignments and make necessary adjustments as required;
* Experience in facilitating meetings or workshops with government agencies and international donors;
* Good interpersonal skills, team player, proven record in working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of results
* Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude;
* Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities;
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point programs. Also experience with accounting software programs i.e. MYOB.
