Tanoto Foundation (www.tanotofoundation.org) is a not-for-profit foundation which strives to be a center of excellence for facilitating and improving access to quality education and to empowerment opportunities that contribute to poverty reduction. The Foundation currently runs a number of philanthropic programs in Indonesia ranging from scholarship, teachers training, school improvement programs, research support, small business development.
Tanoto Foundation is currently looking for Early Childhood Education Expert to be based in Jakarta, with travels of up to 50% to semi-remote parts of Riau, Jambi and North Sumatera. The Expert will be directly in charge of quality and standard improvement of kindergartens, early childhood programs, child centers and daycares (to be loosely referred to as early childhood establishments or the establishments). While the quality and standard improvement program will target company-owned early childhood establishments, portions of the program will also need to be applicable for other public- or community-owned early childhood establishments in the surrounding areas.

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree / extensive training in Early Childhood Education.
* Demonstrated skills in developing training modules for teachers, principals & parents and strong facilitation experience.
* Demonstrated skills in proposal development & partnership relations.
* Have strong leadership skills in capacity building & quality improvement of schools.
* Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
* Fluency in English and Indonesian both written and verbal
