Personnel & Admin Supervisor (PAS)

(Jawa Timur - Jember)

Responsibilities:

    Managing General Affairs and Employee Service function in organization

    Supervising the coordination of non operation function

    Managing internal & external communication and coordination

    Maintaining good corporate governance for organization with respect to regional governmental obligation

    supervise and manage all kinds of general affairs in the organization by providing logistics support for employee service

Requirements:

    Male - Female, 25 – 35 years old

    Minimal bachelor degree in Legal / Psychology / Management

    Possess 2 – 4 years in Human Resource

    Comprehensive understanding of relevant government regulation

    Independent, high initiative, self driven person and able to work under pressure

    Able to work in team and excellent interpersonal skill

    Active in English both oral and written

    Computer literate (windows application) is preferable
