Vacancy: Deputy Director, Consultant, and Research Consultant

An International non profit organization in CSR Development Program is looking for the following positions:

*Deputy Director (1)*

**Key Responsibilities:

  - Effectively direct projects/initiatives according to strategic
  directions from senior management.
  - Administer projects/initiatives in the area of strategic communication,
  business development, and CSR strategies for all sectors.
  - Effectively manage a team and all aspects of milestones and
  deliverables.
  - Coordinate with clients and various local agencies for effective
  delivery and implementation of projects/initiatives.
  - Contribute to the development and the implementation of strategic steps
  for the Company.

 Requirements:

  - Possess strong managerial command backed by good analytical, strategic positioning, and communication skill.
  - Min. 3 years experiences managing public affairs, business development, and/or CSR projects/initiatives.
  - Min. 3 years experience in working with government officials and civil society organizations.
  - Able to relate well with senior management, supported by positive outlook, resourcefulness, and own initiatives.
  - Excellent command in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

*Consultant (1) & Research Consultant (1)*

**Key Responsibilities:
·         To analyze social, political and economic developments in Indonesia and assess their impact on specific companies.
·         Responsible for carrying out desk/field research and formulating reports that would enable our company to provide detailed advice to clients on strategy or actions to be taken.
·         With excellent research, communication and networking skills, he/she should be able to provide top-quality information from public and non-public sources.
·         Responsible for assisting the company’s consultants in project management and reporting.

Requirements:

·         A graduate (S1) of Social or Political Sciences or International Relations from a reputable university.
·         Min. 3 years experience in dealing with government officials and civil society organizations
·         Knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues, and/or experience in managing CSR projects is an advantage
·         Experience in conducting qualitative research is an advantage.
·         Excellent command in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
·         Good analytical, administrative and communication skills and a team player
·         Able to work under tight deadlines and under pressure

We offer full time (permanent) employment, preferred availability is immediately.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
