In order to grow our business rapidly, we recognise that we need to bring in the right calibre of people and to develop their skills and competency. Due to expansion in our Singapore office we require a Mechanical Equipment Specialist to work in our workshop and offshore.

General Manager Indonesia
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will have Profit and Loss responsibility for the delivery of EnerMech’s business lines in Indonesia, and responsibility for meeting budget through successful delivery of the above business lines in country:

Cranes and Lifting
Hydraulics
Equipment Rental
Valves services
Process, Pipeline and Umbilical.

The incumbent will actively search for, recommend and secure opportunities, projects and alliances to enable EnerMech to maximize its revenue, profits and potential in a defined market segment within Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:

Maintain and develop the EnerMech business lines in Indonesia. Ensure excellent service delivery in all business lines in country.
Act as a key contributor to the region’s strategic direction.
Develop and deliver the agreed budget for Indonesia, in line with the Company’s strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors and authorities in country.
Support the integrated management system, including business policy and process.
Travel throughout the region to all Oil and Gas locations as and when required including Batam and Balikpapan.
Responsible for managing all BD strategy and sales activity in country.
Develop and maintain customer relationships and ensure that the CRM system is kept updated and active at all times.
Ensure that account plans are in place for all nominated key customers and / or key pursuits within the region.
Ensure customer feedback (FPAL) and competitor intelligence is obtained for all product lines0
Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with EnerMech QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) systems.
Ensure all relevant standards are in place to facilitate safe and effective operations at all times.
Application of relevant legislation, codes of practice, guidance notes and best practice for industry.
Monitor QHSE performance in relation to strategic objectives and report this information to the Regional Director.
Execute best practice Contract Management.
Ensure Company inclusion on tender lists.
Completion of management reports in a timely manner.
Manage client complaints effectively.
Ensure technical integrity for all project work:
Ensure EnerMech services are delivered to a high standard which meets client, legislative and manufacturer’s requirements.

Requirements:

Essential

Previous BD and management experience in the offshore oil and gas industry
Good working knowledge of the region
Knowledge of the EnerMech business activities and respective product lines
Good internal and external communication skills

Preferred

Minimum 5 years of Operations experience
Financial understanding
Technical knowledge / awareness in the provision of mechanical solutions

Required for position:

Highly developed project management skills
Financial and commercial acumen
Highly developed awareness of QHSE
Demonstrated business development skills with well developed network of professional industry contacts in the region
High levels of personal and professional integrity, able to lead by example
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
