Merchandising and Teleshopping Supervisor
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

The Merchandising and Teleshopping Supervisor will ensure the overall process of Merchandising and Teleshopping fulfillment and reconciliation are smoothly carried out. This will include managing and monitoring the process of Rewards redemption from customers, order placement to vendor and delivery to customers.

Other accountability will include developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and couriers, managing and monitoring the overall process of stocking and warehousing, rewards inquiries and complaint handling. This will ensure customer complaints are solved within predetermined timeline and quality standard. You will actively involve in yearly rewards program development by providing input based on redemption trend to Marketing Department. Handling teleshopping and teletravel complaints will ensure all can be solved with customer within predetermined timeline and quality standard. Providing process improvements will be important.

Requirements:

The role will be apt for candidates with 1 year experience in a similar position. Product knowledge, policy knowledge and the ability to handle customer complaints will be essential. Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and communication skills will also be required. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field will be preferred.

Due to Indonesia's current legislative requirements, this role is only open to Indonesian nationals.
