Organizational Development Research Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Responsibility
a. To conduct organizational development research, esp. in following areas:
1. Corporate culture
2. Change management
3. Analysis of organization structure
4. Strategic management
b. To do coaching for boosting leadership skill, management skill, and people empowering in department.
c. To deliver research reports which align with corporate regulation.
d. To supervise and ensure that all units do the tasks based on proper procedure and job description.
e. To assure the work targets can be achieved well and align with Grand Design of Research.
f. Being responsible for utilization of stationary and put them properly.
g. To compose Work Program of Department based on Quality Management Program and Quality Target specified.
h. To compose budget for realizing work program in Department.
i. To diagnose corporate culture in order to support performance enhancement.
j. To conduct research and analysis which align with effectiveness of organization structure.
k. To conduct research and analysis which align with implementation of corporate strategy.
l. To apply research which relate to development of core business and support change management.
m. To give direction for all employees in Department.
n. To analyze many aspects needed for enhancing corporate performance.
o. To report results of analysis to Supervision continuously.
p. To protect all strategic data owned by company.
q. To assure results of research could be published to users/stakeholders continuously.
r. To supervise, motivate, and coach all employees in Department.
s. To assure all employees in Department own the hardcopy of their job description and have insight of it.
t. To fill code of formal letter independently for all letters published on behalf of Department.
u. To prepare monthly report for all tasks accomplished and submit the final report to Administration Support.
v. To fill all forms which relate to job tasks independently.
2. Authority
To have coordination with Recruitment Department in recruiting, testing, and assigning new employees in Department of Organizational Development Research.
To have coordination with Department of Employee Development in boosting capabilities and competencies of the employees through coaching/trainings/workshops.
To evaluate and assess the performance of all sub ordinates in Department.
To re-check and approve budget which is accordance with regulation.
To assign the subordinates to coach research by request of external stakeholders which do not emerge in Grand Design of Research.
Requirements:
Qualification
1. General Qualification
Min. Bachelor Degree from: Management, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology.
Own good health.
Active English (writing, speaking, and listening).
Own good presentation skill.
Have willingness to enhance self development, esp. in organizational development area.
Could operate Microsoft Office and Internet well. Innovative, responsive, and initiative.
Good team work.
Own honesty, visionary, discipline, and responsibility.
2. Specific Qualification
Min. three years experience in organizational development area.
Own good communication and negotiation skill.
Understand both quantitative and qualitative research methodology.
Good in operating some software which relate to organizational development research, namely: SPSS, Lisrel, and Expert Choice.
Expert in collecting and analyzing data.
Good in writing research report
