Regional Sales Manager

Our Client, a leading Multinational FMCG company is currently looking for a:

Regional Sales Manager

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales, distribution and pricing strategies, and action plans in order to realize the company objectives

Develop, maintain and control adequate processes, procedures and systems for all sales and distribution processes

Develop and Ensure the implementation of activation strategy successfully in line with commercial plans in coordination with brand management and channel development

Lead the department and manage a team of people as well as to develop them using performance management system

Provide insight in quantitative and qualitative performance regarding the regional performance and concerning relevant market developments

Ensure the proper flow of marketing and sales information, in coordination with Sales Information Department.

Maintain and expand contacts with internal parties and relationships with business partners, relevant government institutions to ensure business sustainability

Extensive knowledge and networks in both traditional and modern trade market

Passionate about Sales and distribution management of consumer goods

Requirements:

Indonesian Native

Age 35 – 42 years old

Minimum bachelor degree in any related fields

Minimum 8 years of solid business experience in sales distribution and 3 years experience in managerial position.

Having advance knowledge with proven track in various sales aspects:

portfolio management

channel development and activation,

distribution management,

customer insight,

route to Market Strategy,

sales & distribution profitability
