General Requirements:
- Min S1-Degree any discipline and above 27 Year of Age.
- Good English (verbal & written) & Communication skill.
- Willing to travel.
- Experience in Christian/Social ministry dealing with children/youth.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
1. Program Director
Specific Requirements
- Close walk with God; wise and consistent behavior; stewardship based on evangelical Christian values; very broad and deep expertise in the area of human growth and development, preferably in child development.
- Masters or equivalent experience in Management/Leadership or Child Development.
- Seven years experience in senior or middle level management.
- Three years child development experience.
- Strong team building and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans in a collaborative manner.
- Ability to develop project proposals for funding.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in languages relevant to the country and in English.
- A knowledge of personal computers using Microsoft Office for operational management, including Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage more than 8 staff, including other supervisors.
- Willingness to travel.
2. Human Resource Specialist (HRS)
Specific Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of Human Resources principles and concepts obtained through Human Resources work experience and formal education.
- Mature Christian who is a demonstrated spiritual leader.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Capability to handle highly confidential information discreetly.
- Good numerical aptitude and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills. Ability to handle a heavy workload. Must be detail- oriented.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for building support with in-house staff and interacting with applicants at every stage of the process. Pleasant and positive attitude.
- This person must work effectively across cultures and with all level of personnel both at the country office and corporate offices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relating in a matrix management environment.
3. Partnership Facilitator (PF)
Specific Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation and establishing trusting relationships with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to work with only occasional supervision and willing to be placed
- Good leadership, general management, and problem-solving skills and customer oriented
- Willing to travel in a long term
- Committed to working with the broad spectrum of church denominations.
4. Training Specialist (TS)
Specific Requirements
- Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs.
- Strong group facilitation skills.
- Ability to facilitate multiple content subject matters through multiple methodologies.
- Able to work collaboratively, cross-culturally, inter-denominationally and cross- organizationally.
5. Program Evaluation & Research Specialist (PERS)
Specific Requirements
- Three years experience in research methodology.
- Experience in research in cross-cultural studies of moral development, child development, public health or other topics.
- Demonstrated ability to write a professionally presented research report.
- Ability to prepare descriptive statistics to summarize research findings and inferential statistics to draw conclusions about the target population based on sample findings.
6. Partnership Auditor Lead (PA Lead)
Specific Requirements
- Accounting, Auditing or Business Management education..
- Minimum of five years experience in accounting or auditing
- Leadership and developmental skills that will facilitate staff development and direction for auditing process.
- Sound judgment and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information delicately and appropriately.
- Willing to travel in a long term
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability and maturity to interact with management in a consulting relationship.
- Knowledge and experience of relevant local laws.
7. Information Technology Specialist (IT Spec)
Specific Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent certifications and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of System Administrator experience in a Microsoft environment including Microsoft Exchange, Server and Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts in lay terms.
- Intermediate English fluency including common IT terms.
- Ability to teach technical applications to users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to learn new concepts quickly.
- Expected to travel an average of 10% or less to other countries as an Information Technology functional representative, resource person, or trainee.
8. Human Resource Associate (HRA)
Specific Requirements
- Fundamental (2-3 years) generalist experience of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Sound judgment, decision-making skills and facilitation skills.
- Capability to handle highly confidential information discreetly.
- Good numerical aptitude and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills. Ability to handle a heavy workload. Must be detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for building support with in-house staff and relationships with external business contacts.
