Data Entry Officer

Helen Keller International-Indonesia at Surabaya, East Java is currently recruiting the following position:

JOB TITLE : Data Entry Officer (DEO)

DEPARTMENT/PROJECT : Eye Health/ REPO

REPORTS TO : REPO Program Field Coordinator

TO BE BASED IN : Surabaya

STARTING DATE : As Soon As Possible

JOB SUMMARY:

The data entry officer is responsible for ensuring field data is gathered and registered, ensuring the quality of data entered and helping to produce initial statistical analyses.

Qualification required for the successful candidate :

1. Graduate from University with Diploma or S1 Bachelors (Statistical is preferred

2. Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Access Data Base, SPSS)

3. Experience working in data processing

4. An ability to work to deadlines and fast

5. Good attention to detail

6. Accountable, well-organized, takes initiative,self-starter

7. Good English and Bahasa Indonesia

8. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal relations (including knowledge/fluency in local dialects

9. Enjoys working in an isolated field circumstances

10. Reliable, careful, honest and sincere work attitude
