Distribution Center Analyst

The Distribution Center Analyst leads the analysis of the DC operation and work processes in support of problem/issue resolution, work process simplification, identification and elimination of losses, and identification of other improvements opportunities. The individual gets direction from the DC Operations Leader and/or the DC Planner. The individual delivers its objectives by working "on" the operation/processes and collaborating with internal and external Customers and Business Partners. As with many roles, depending on the size and complexity of the scope of work/area of responsibility, the role maybe a full time role or only part of an individual's responsibility

Distribution Center Analyst

(Medan, Surabaya, Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Data gathering, development of the analysis framework, and development of tools need to accomplish the analysis and make recommendations.

Leads data issue resolution and communication

Assists DC Planner and/or DC Operations Leader with critical tasks such as time and quality management

Owns project schedule, tracking, and status reporting

Owns the 'CQV' process specific to the changes they are implementing/making on the operations and/or work processes

Owns reporting of assigned results areas in the DC

Works "on" their process / DMS, is in charge of in-process and output system measures, finds ways to simplify the process to eliminate losses

Requirements:

D3 or S1 degree from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75 on 4.0 scale

2-3 years of experience in the same area, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

No geographic limitation and willing to be based in Surabaya or Medan

Strong collaboration skills and capable of building productive working relationships internally and with external parties.

Be able to recognize emerging problems and create timely data-based solutions.

Good communication skills; able to communicate actively in English

Strong initiative and follow through.
