We are seeking for highly motivated and qualified persons, to fill the following positions:

HRD Officer

Requirements:

S1 from Psychology with minimum GPA of 3.00.
Minimum 2 years experience as a recruitment staff.
Strong knowledge in various psychology assessment tools (administering, scoring, interpreting), interview and recruitment sourcing method.
Excellent filling & reporting system and able to handle personnel administrations works such as employee database, medical claim, absence, etc.
Able to work in the fast pace and under pressure situation, multi tasking, open to learn new things, have high standard of achievement and commitment.
Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated with good interpersonal & communication skill.
Able to work independently as well as in team.
Proficiency in English both written and spoken and excellent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to join immediately.
