Requirements:
Minimum graduated from bachelor degree of Engineering preferably Civil and Industrial Engineering with concrete and construction background, MBA graduates will be highly regarded;
Minimum 5 years experience in business development & stategic planning formulation in construction or manufacturing industry.
Disciplined strategist with proven and measurable success in business development.
Experience in acquisitions and finding new business opportunities will be well regarded;
Has strategic planning industry and market research skills are essential;
Excellent analytical skills and fluent in verbal and written English;
Candidate is expected to be hands on and able to perform the role with minimum supervision;
Strong ability to train, develop, and improve the subordinates
A good remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidate
