Field Manager

Yayasan Hidung Merah / Red Nose Foundation (www.rednosefoundation.org) is seeking for Field Manager,

Community Development
1. Build a good relationship with parents and community
2. Build a good relationship with teachers, head master and schools
3. Take the lead on special projects and programs in the field.
a. Organize budget proposals for community projects
b. Oversee implementation
c. Report to Director daily or weekly (based on the necessity of the project)

Scholarship
1. Evaluate and develop a needs assessment for each student regarding to his or her formal educations.
2. Purchase and distribute all needed items: monthly school fees, uniforms, books, etc.
3. Collect monthly progress reports from the children’s schools every month (result, absences and behavior)
4. Provide the Director with appropriate materials to communicate with student’s sponsors (photos, reports, etc)

Accounting
1. Responsible to prepare and submit Petty Cash requests to Managing Director
2.Present Petty Cash and Scholarship financial reports (bi) weekly
3. Report to Managing Director

Staff Management
1. Supervise the entry level staff
2. Working together with the entry-level staff for Cilincing and Bintaro projects
3. Avoid any internal problem by guiding the entry-level staff through any obstacle regarding the programming or work related issues.

Reporting
1. Collect daily reports from all entry-level staff
2. Compile and report projects including: Cilincing, Bintaro and Scholarship Projects to Executive Director on a (bi) weekly schedule.
