FIELD WORKS MANAGER – KWP ID

Job Purpose :

To proactive manage the on-going recruitment and re-visiting of consumer panelists to ensure that pre-requisite quality and efficiency targets are met and that Kantar Worldpanel representation is maintained. This position will responsible for :

Manage and develop field work team.

Responsible for field cost estimation, cost control and resource management.

Project management

Ensure adherence to standard field processes at all times.

Managing the overall operational process, constantly seeking for ways to further improve the overall process, driving efficiencies (time and cost)

Manages team resource and demonstrating personal credibility to motivate team to perform in a highly effective manner.

Requirements :

Typically 5 years relevant research field work experience in Market Research industries

Excellent leadership and has good planning, organizing and controlling

Strong skills in team management process management, and the ability to understand and analyze a process through its main measurements and propose actions to maintain / improve the work quality and efficiency

Excellent and effective communication skills

Proficient command of English in both verbal and written
